An easy and quick recipe for making healthy and delicious ladoo for the festive season. This recipe is made with ghee/oil, no sugar and a vegan recipe. .It can be made in different ways. Peanut is added here or any Dry fruits can be added in this recipe which is very healthy.Its very healthy recipe as it is made with the combination of Jaggery & Sesame Seeds.
१० मिनट में मक्खन जैसे मुँह में घुल जाने वाले २ आसान तरीके से तिल गुड़ लड्डू Til Gud Ladoo – Ladoo
Til/Sesame – 200 gms
Jaggery/Gud – 200 gms
Ghee – 1 tbsp
Desiccated coconut – 2 tbsp(optional)
- To make til gud ladoo in a pan dry roast 1 cup sesame on low flame till it splutters.
- Turn off the flame and keep sesame seeds aside.
- Now in another kadai heat 1 tsp ghee and add 3/4 cup jaggery.
- Melt jaggery on low flame till the syrup turns glossy and thickens.
- Check the consistency, by dropping syrup into water, it should form hard ball else boil for another minute and check.
- Add add roasted sesame seeds.
- Stir well making sure jaggery syrup coats well.
- Add Desiccated coconut and mix well while it is hot.
- Make ladoo while mix is hot.
- Grease hands with ghee and make ladoos.
- Do not let the mixture to cool.
- Ladoos are ready to serve..ENJOY!!!
