This is one of the Sweet which is made of  Sesame Seeds & the combination of  Jaggery & Ghee flavoured with cardamom powder .It is very instant sweet recipe & easy to make.It can be made specially during winter Season .It can be enjoyed with some Snacks.In this way, many Sweets can be made like Barfi , Milk cake & so on.

भयंकर ठण्ड में सिर्फ ३ चीज़ो से खस्तेदार तिल गुड़ गजक बर्फी मिठाई जो आपने पहले नहीं खायी Til Gud Burfi

INGREDIENTS
Til/Sesame seeds – 200 gms(1 cup)
Jaggery/Gud – 210 gms(1 cup)
Ghee – 1 tbsp
Water – 2 tbsp
Cardamom Powder – 1/4 tsp
Milk powder – 1 tbsp

  • INSTRUCTIONS
  • Take a kadhai add til/Sesame seeds.
  • Roast til until light golden on low flame.
  • Turn off flame and Transfer into a plate.
  • Let it cool completely.
  • Take any plastic sheet/plate/foil and grease with oil.
  • Add into a grinding jar,Grind on pulse and make coarse powder.
  • Take a kadhai on low flame add ghee.
  • Add jaggery,2 tbsp water.
  • Melt it on low flame until bubbles form.
  • Add Cardamom Powder and mix well.
  • Add prepare til powder and Milk powder.
  • Mix well on low flame.
  • Cook for 2-3 mins.
  • Turn off flame after when it starts leaving pan.
  • Transfer mix on greased palte/sheet.
  • With the help of the sheet press and make it smooth.
  • With roller pin roll and give shape.
  • Garnish with pista/dry fruits
  • Cut into pieces.
  • Let it set for 15 mins.
  • Til Gud Gajak Burfi is ready to serve.Enjoy!!
