1 मिनट में ऐसी ठंडाई बनायीं यकीन मानिये आप भी कह उठेंगे पहले क्यों नहीं बताई Syrup Thandai Recipe

Almonds – 4 tbsp
Pista – 2 tbsp
Melon Seeds – 4 tbsp
Poppy Seeds/Khus Khus – 2 tbsp
Saunf/Fennel Seeds – 2 tbsp
Pepper Corns – 1 tbsp
Cardamom Pods – 12
Saffron Strands – 1 pinch
Water for soaking
Gulkand – 2 tbsp
Sugar – 2 cups (450 gms)
Water – 1.5 cup

  • To make Thankdai mix.
  • Take a Bowl.
  • Add Almonds,Pista,Melon Seeds,Poppy Seeds/Khus Khus,Saunf/Fennel Seeds,Pepper Corns and mix well.
  • Add water and soak all ingredients.
  • Soak it for 7-8 hours or over night.
  • After 7-8 hours.
  • Take a mixer jar add the soaked mix and make a fine paste.
  • Add Gulkand and blend well.
  • Take a kadhai on low flame.
  • Add sugar,Water and Dissolve sugar.
  • Add soaked saffron and mix well.
  • After sugar dissolves,Add prepared mix..
  • On low medium flame boil until consistency.
  • After 17 mins.
  • Dip a spoon if it has a coating consistency is perfect.
  • Turn off flame and let it cool completely.
  • Transfer into a air tight container and store for 5-6 months in fridge.
  • To prepare thandai mix.
  • Take milk and add 3-4 tbsp prepared syrup and mix well.
  • Serve chill garnish with pista and rose petals.
  • Thandai is ready to serve..Enjoy!!
