इस मसाले से बनाये अपने खाने को बेहद स्वादिष्ट-पूरा पड़ोस महक उठेगा Tasty Garam Masala Recipe – Masala
INGREDIENTS
Pepper corns – 2 tbsp(10 gms)
Cloves – 2 tbsp(12 gms)
Cinnamon sticks – 10-12 pcs
Cumin – 2 tbsp(20 gms)
Caraway – 2 tbsp (10gms)
Black cardamom – 5 pcs
Green cardamom – 20-25 pcs(4 gms)
Mace – 2 tbsp(8 gms)
Nut meg – 2
Bay leaf – 8-10
Coriander seeds – 1/2 cup (50 gms)
Fennel – 2 tbsp(20 gms)
Dry ginger powder – 2tbsp
- To make garam masala take a pan and keep flame on low-medium.
- Add pepper corn,Cloves,Cumin,Caraway,Black cardamom,Green cardamom,Mace,Nut meg.
- Roast directly or sun dry and roast all the ingredients.
- Roast on low flame.
- Roast for 1 min until crisp.
- Turn off flame when aroma starts out of spices.
- Transfer onto a plate.Transfer onto a plate and let it cool.
- In the same pan on low flame add bay leaves and roast until crisp and keep aside.
- Add Coriander seeds and fry on low flame until golden and Transfer into plate and let it cool.
- Add Fennel and fry on low flame until golden and Transfer into plate and let it cool.
- Cool all the ingredients to make fine powder.
- Add ginger powder.
- Crush nut meg and add into mixer and Make a fine powder.
- Seive for fine powder.
- Garam masala is ready to serve.
- Add 1/2 tsp in any gravies and enjoy!!!
