Samosa जब समोसा के लिए तरसे मन तो झट से बनाओ ऐसा चटकारेदार नाश्ता खाने का करे हमेशा मन Taco Samosa

Wheat Flour – 3/4 cup
Sooji/Semolina – 1/4 cup
Ajwain/Carom Seeds – 1/2 tsp
Oil – 3 tbsp
Boiled & Grated Potatoes -3
Finely Chopped Onion – 1
Grated Ginger – 1 tsp
Chopped Chillies – 4
Chopped Coriander

Crushed Peanuts – 2 tbsp
Red Chilli Powder – 1 tsp
Tumeric Powder – 1 pinch
Cumin Powder – 1 tsp
Chaat Masala – 1 tsp
Garam Masala – 1/2 tsp
Salt as per taste
Rice Flour – 2 tbsp
White Samosa / Til for garnish
Oil for deep fry

  • To make Taco Samosa/Half Moon Samosa.
  • Take a bowl.
  • Add Wheat Flour,Sooji/Semolina,Ajwain/Carom Seeds.
  • Mix all ingredients.
  • Add oil and mix well.
  • Holds shape then oil is perfect.
  • Add oil and prepare semi hard dough.
  • Close lid and let it set for 10 mins.
  • Take a bowl.
  • Add Boiled & Grated Potatoes,Finely Chopped Onion,Grated Ginger,Chopped Chillies,Chopped Coriander,Crushed Peanuts,Red Chilli Powder,Cumin Powder,Turmeric Powder,Chaat Masala,Garam Masala,Salt and mix well.
  • Add Rice Flour/Poha powder and mix well.
  • Take ball size mix and prepare oval shape for stuffing.
  • Check atta and knead again.
  • Roll dough ,keep medium thickness.
  • With help of cap cut into circles.
  • Place prepaewd stuffing,prepare like a taco.
  • Garnish with White Samosa / Til.
  • Prick on both sides of taco with help of fork.
  • Add oil in kadahi and heat on medium flame.
  • Fry on all sides until golden crisp.
