10मिनट में भयंकर ठण्ड में गेहूं केआटे की नयी मिठाई देखतेही कहेंगे पारुल पहले क्यों नहीं बताई Til Gud

INGREDIENTS
Rice Flour – 1/2 cup
Wheat Flour – 1/2 cup
Cardamom Powder – 1/2 tsp
Jaggery/Gud – 1 cup
Water – 1 cup
Ghee – 1 tsp
Sesame seeds/Til
Oil for deep fry

  • INSTRUCTIONS
  • To make sweet Patties take a bowl.
  • Add Rice Flour,Wheat Flour,Cardamom Powder and mix well.
  • Take a pan add Jaggery/Gud and water and melt.
  • Do not over boil only melt jaggery,Turn off flame.
  • Add prepared mix and mix continously without lumps.
  • Add Ghee and mix well until it form dough consistency.
  • Keep aside and let it cool completely.
  • Take lemon size dough and prepare balls.
  • Take prepared ball and coat on all sides with til.
  • Add oil in kadhai and let it heat on medium flame.
  • On low medium flame add prepared patties and fry.
  • Flip after 2 mins and fry on all sides until golden.
  • After golden crisp take out of oil and transfer on a paper towel.
  • Sweet Patties are ready to serve.Enjoy!!
