Fried Rice is aromatic, flavorful and delicious .This is one of our favorite indo chinese recipe. As the flavors of the veggies really come out very well in this chinese fried rice recipe. It is also a vegan recipe and can be made gluten-free if you use gluten-free soy sauce.

INGREDIENTS

Oil – 2 tbsp
Finely chopped Garlic – 1 tbsp
Finely chopped Onion -1/2
Chopped Ginger- 1 tsp
Chopped Green chilli – 2
Finely chopped Carrot – 2 tbsp
Finely chopped Beans – 2 tbsp
Finely chopped Green Capsicum – 2 tbsp
Spring Onion – 1 tbsp
Salt – 1 tsp
Pepper Powder – 1 tsp
Soya Sauce – 1 tbsp
Red chilly Sauce – 2 tsp
White Vinegar – 2 pinch
Rice – 1 cup


INSTRUCTIONS

  • Take a pan/Wok heat well.
  • Add oil and heat well.
  • Add Finely chopped Garlic,Finely chopped Onion,Chopped Ginger ans saute.
  • Add Chopped Green chilli,Finely chopped Carrot,Finely chopped Beans,Finely chopped Green Capsicum,Spring Onion.
  • Stir fry for 30 seconds on high flame.
  • Add Salt,Pepper Powder,Soya Sauce,Red chilly Sauce,White Vinegar and mix well.
  • Add rice and toss well.
  • Add spring onions to garnish and serve.
  • Fried Rice is ready to serve.Enjoy!!
