INGREDIENTS
Soyabean Granules – 1.5 cup
Chopped Green Chilli – 3
Chopped Ginger – 1 inch
Garlic – 8 cloves
Finely Chopped Onion – 1
Red Chilli Powder – 1 tsp
Cumin Powder – 1/2 tsp
Turmeric Powder – 2 pinch
Garam Masala – 1/2 tsp
Red Chilli Flakes – 1 tsp
All Purpose Flour – 2 tbsp
Besan/Garm Flour – 2 tbsp
Finely Chopped Coriander
Lemon Juice – 1 tsp
Salt as per Taste
Oil for frying

To make Cripsy Soya Kabab.
Take Soyabean Granules add into boiling and cook.
Remove excess water.
Take a mixer jar.
Add Chopped Green Chilli,Chopped Ginger,Garlic and make fine paste.
Add soya granules and Blend them,Do not make paste.
Transfer into a bowl.
Add Finely Chopped Onion,Red Chilli Powder,Cumin Powder,Turmeric Powder,Garam Masala,Red Chilli Flakes,All Purpose Flour,Besan/Garm Flour,Finely Chopped Coriander,Lemon Juice and mix well.
Add Salt and mix well.
Take lemon size mix and prepare oval shape kabab and Insert a tooth pick.
Prepare all the kabab same way.
Take a kadahi add oil and On medium flame heat oil for frying.
Add prepared kabab into oil,Fry on low-medium flame.
Flip and fry on all sides until golden crisp.

  • Store in air tight container for 2-3 days in fridge.
  • Bake at 180 pre heated oven for 15-18 mins.
