Semolina/sooji – 1 cup
Finely chopped onions – 1
Finely chopped capsicum – 1
Finely chopped carrot- 1/2
Finely chopped green chilli -3
Finely chopped ginger- 1/2 inch
Red chilli powder – 1 tbsp
Chaat masala/lime juice – 1 tbsp
Salt as per tatse
Jeera powder – 1 tsp
Finely chopped coriender
Oil for shallow fry
