10 मिनट में ऐसी नयी मुँह में घुल जाने वाली मिठाई देखके रसमलाई भी शरमाई Katori Rabdi Sweet Recipes

Sevai – 150 gms
Ghee – 1 tbsp
Cardamom powder – 1/3 tsp
Water – 2-3 tbsp
Condensed Milk- 1/4 cup
Milk- 2 cup
Condensed Milk- 1/2 cup
Grated panner – 150 gms
Rose syrup/roohafza – 1 tbsp
pista and silver pearls for garnish

  • Take a kadhai add sevai and Crush into small pieces.
  • Add ghee and roast.
  • After its roasted add Cardamom powder,Water and cook.
  • After 1-2 mins add Condensed Milk and mix well until it is sticky.
  • Off the flame.
  • Take any moulds,paper cups,bowl.
  • Add prepared semolina into mould and make bowl shapes.
  • Keep in fridge for 1-2 hours to set.
  • Lets prepare filling.
  • Take a pan add milk and boil.
  • After milk boils add Condensed Milk
  • Mix well on medium flame.
  • Add Grated panner,Mix well and cook on low flame until thick.
  • Add Rose syrup/roohafza and mix well.
  • Add rose food colour and mix well.
  • Cook until thick.
  • Turn off flame and transfer into bowl & let it cool.
  • Remove semolina bowls from moulds.
  • Add prepared paayas into bowls.
  • Garnish with pista and silver pearls.
  • RASILI SEVAI MITHAI is ready to serve.enjoy!!
