घर से निकलना हो मुश्किल बनाये आलू साबूदाने का कुरकुरा व्रत नाश्ता जो सब महीने भर खाये KurKure Recipe

Sabudana/Tapioca – 100 gms
Boiled Potatoes – 4
Pepper Powder – 1/2 tsp
Salt as per taste
Red chilli Powder – 1/4 tsp
Maggie Masala – 1 tsp
Oil – 1 tsp
Oil for deep fry

  • Take a mixer jar.
  • Add sabudana and Make a course powder.
  • Take Boiled and completely cooled potatoes.
  • Take a bowl,grate/Mash all potatoes.
  • Add prepared sabudana powder.
  • Add Pepper Powder,Salt,Red chilli Powder,Maggie Masala,Oil and mix well to prepare dough.
  • Keep aside and let it set for 15 mins.
  • Take a muruku maker/sev maker.
  • Take star shape mold and grease muruku maker.
  • Take mix,Divide into 2 parts.
  • Grease hands and prepare log shape.
  • Place it in the muruku maker.
  • In a kadhai on medium low flame heat oil.
  • Add a small piece of dough if it has bubbles and does not come up then oil is perfect for frying.
  • Now press and drp kurkure into oil.
  • Flip and fry on all sides until golden.
  • Transfer onto a tissue after golden crisp.
  • Instant Sabudana Aloo Kurkure is ready…Enjoy!!!
