घर पर स्पंजी सॉफ्ट रसगुल्ले बनाने की ऐसी ट्रिक की RasGulla दबाने पर फिर से फूल जाये मुँह में घुलजाये

Full Fat Milk – 1 litre
Lemon Juice – 2 tbsp
Water – 2 tbsp
Corn flour – 1 tsp

For sugar syrup
Sugar – 1 cup
Water – 5 cups

  • To make soft sponge Rasgullas.
  • Take a pan add milk.
  • Stir continuously and boil milk
  • After a boil turn off flame and let it cool for 1 min.
  • Take a bowl.
  • Add lemon juice,water and mix well.
  • Add lemon juice in batches and gently mix.
  • Keep aside for 30 seconds.
  • Take a bowl,Strainer and muslin cloth,Separate chenna and water.
  • Wash chenna with water and gently close all sides of the cloth and remove excess water.
  • Place a plate and a grinding stone on paneer for 10 mins to remove excess water.
  • Check after 10 mins.
  • Transfer onto a plate.
  • Gently mash it with palms and prepare soft dough.
  • Take a wide pan.
  • Add sugar,Water and On low flame dissolve sugar.
  • Take small ball size mix and prepare balls and keep aside.
  • Add prepared balls into boiling sugar syrup.
  • Boil for 2 mins without closing lid.
  • Close lid after 2-3 mins and boil for 7-8 mins.
  • Check after 7-8 mins.
  • Add hot water if sugar syrup is reducing.
  • Boil for 7-8 mins more. After 8 mins take 1 rasgulla add into water if it is completely soaking in water it is perfectly cooked.
  • Turn off flame and let it cool completely for 2 hours.
  • Serve when it is completely cooled.
  • Serve Chill and enjoy!!!
