लॉकडाउन मे तरस रहेहो ठेलेवाली चाट बची खुची चीज़ो से झट से बनाओ ये चटकारे वाली चाट Ragda Chaat Recipe


White Peas/Batana – 1 cup
Water – 2 cups
Chopped Potato – 1

Salt – 1 tsp
Oil – 1 tbsp
Cumin Seeds – 1 tsp
Asafoetida – 1 pinch
Chopped Green Chilli – 2
Finely Chopped Onion – 1
Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 tsp
Finely Chopped Tomato – 2
Salt – 1/2 tsp
Turmeric Powder – 1/2 tsp
Red Chilli Powder – 1 tsp
Cumin Powder – 1 tsp
Garam Masala – 1/2 tsp
Finely chopped Coriander

For assembling
Hara Dhaniya Chutney
Imli ki Chutney
Potato Chips or Papdi
Finely Chopped Onion
Chaat Masala
Red chilli powder
Lemon Juice
Finely Chopped Coriander

  • Take 1 cup White Peas and Soak it over night.
  • Remove water after soaking.
  • Add Soaked White Peas into pressure cooker.
  • Add 2 cups water.
  • Add Chopped Potato,Salt.
  • Close lid and pressure cook on medium flame until 5 whistles
  • After 5 whistle turn off flame and let it cool.
  • Check after its conpletely cool and keep aside.
  • Take a kadhai,Add oil and heat.
  • Add cumin seeds,Asafoetida,Chopped Green Chilli,Finely Chopped Onion and Saute on medium flame.
  • Add Ginger Garlic Paste and saute until golden.
  • Add Finely Chopped Tomato,Salt and Saute until it turns soft and mushy.
  • After 1 min/soft and mushy.
  • Add Turmeric Powder,Red Chilli Powder,Cumin Powder mix well and saute until releases oil.
  • After releases oil add cooked White Peas.
  • Mix well and Cook on low flame for 2 mins.
  • Turn off flame after thick consistency.
  • Add Garam Masala,Finely chopped Coriander and mix well.
  • Lets assemble it.
  • Take a plate.
  • Add prepared White pea mix.
  • Add Hara Daniya Chutney,Imli ki Chutney,Potato Chips or Papdi,Finely Chopped Onion,Chopped Green Chilli,Whisked Curd.
  • Sprinkle Chaat Masala,Salt,Red chilli powder,Lemon Juice,Sev,Finely Chopped Coriander.
  • Matar Chaat/Ragda Chaat is ready to serve…Enjoy!!
