लॉकडाउन वाला 10 मिनट में बिना चाशनी नये तरीके का दानेदार हलवाई जैसे लड्डु वो भी सस्ते में Rava Laddu
INGREDIENTS
Sooji/Semolina – 250 gms
Ghee – 3 tbsp
Finely Chopped Almonds – 12
Raisins – 1 tbsp
Finely Chopped Pista – 1 tbsp
Chopped Cashew Nuts – 15
Desiccated Coconut – 3 tbsp
Sugar – 1 cup
Milk Malai – 1 tbsp
Milk – 1/4 cup
Cardamom Powder – 1/2 tsp
- Take a kadhai add ghee and melt.
- Roast all dry fruits one by one and keep aside.
- Add sooji into same ghee and Stir continously and roast until light golden on low flame.
- After 5-6 mins.
- Add Desiccated Coconut into sooji and Mix well and roast it.
- After sooji is golden in colour.
- Add Sugar and Mix well.
- While Sugar starts melting add Milk Malai,Milk and mix well.
- Turn off flame when it is light golden.
- Add Roasted Dry Fruits,Cardamom Powder and mix well.
- Let it cool for sometime,Do not let it cool completely.
- Take ball size mix and prepare ladoos.
- Rava Ladoo is ready to serve..Enjoy!!
