बाजार मत जाना गेहूं के आटे आलू से बिना तले समोसे कचोरी से बढ़िया ये चटपटा नाश्ता जरूर बनाना Veg Puff

Wheat Flour – 1 cup
Water – 2 cups
Salt – 1 tsp
Oil – 1 tbsp
Cumin Seeds – 1 tsp
Asafoetida – 2 pinch
Grated Ginger – 1 tsp
Finely Chopped Green Chilli – 2
Finely Chopped Onion – 1
Garlic Paste – 1/2 tsp
Red Chilli Powder – 1 tsp
Coriander Powder – 1 tsp
Cumin Powder – 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder – 2 Pinch
Garam Masala – 1/2 tsp
Boiled Green Peas – 1/2 cup
Boiled Mashed Potatoes – 4
Salt as per taste
Chaat Masala – 1 tsp
Finely Chopped Coriander

  • To make Puff Patties.
  • Take a bowl, Add wheat flour.
  • Add water and prepare semi thin batter.
  • Add Salt and mix well.
  • Mix well and Close lid and let it set for 5 mins.
  • Take a Kadahi.
  • Add oil and heat it.
  • Add Cumin Seeds,Asafoetida,Grated Ginger,Finely Chopped Green Chilli and Saute.
  • Add Finely Chopped Onion ,Saute until translucent.
  • Add Garlic Paste and saute.
  • Add Red Chilli Powder,Coriander Powder,Cumin Powder,Turmeric Powder,Garam Masala and saute.
  • Add Boiled Green Peas and saute for 1 min.
  • Add Boiled Mashed Potatoes,Chaat Masala,Salt and mix well.
  • Add Finely Chopped Coriander and mix well.
  • Transfer into a bowl and keep aside.
  • Check Batter.
  • Take a tawa,Add oil and grease and heat pan.
  • Add 2 laddle full batter and spread thin.
  • Flip after 1 min,Do not add oil,Do not over cook.
  • Take out after light golden and place on greased plate.
  • Take 1 wrap and add 2 tbsp aloo mix.
  • Apply slurry on all sides and wrap it into rectangle shape.
  • Keep it on a plate on the folded side to set.
  • Bake at 180 pre heated oven for 10 mins.
  • Take a pan add oil for deep fry.
  • Place prepared wraps and fry on low medium flame.
  • Flip and fry until golden crips on all sides.
  • Take out when golden crisp.
  • Puff Patties are ready to Serve..Enjoyy!!.
