Potato Tots are popular snacks recipe served in many fast food chain today There are several versions and variations. the popular one is spicy potato nuggets, but the other varieties are also popular.It is very tasty & easy to make.This can be be served as snacks or starters, it can also be filled within Roti & chapati with a choice of sauce and can be served as wraps or rolls.
सिर्फ 3चीज़ो से आलू का एकदम Tasty Crispy नाश्ता जिसे सबलोग जिद करके बनवाएंगे Aloo Snacks – Aloo Tots
Raw Potatoes – 6
Pepper powder – 1/2 tsp
Red Chilli flakes – 1 tsp
Oregano – 1 tsp
Salt as per taste
All purpose flour – 3 tbsp
Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 tsp
Oil for deep fry
- To make Potato Tots take a bowl.
- Add peeled raw potatoes and boil on medium flame for 5 mins.Do not over cook.
- After 5 mins turn off flame and remove water.
- Keep aside and let it cool.
- After cool down grate potato.
- Transfer into a bowl.
- Add Pepper powder,Red Chilli flakes,Oregano,Salt,All purpose flour.
- Gently mix everything,do not mash.
- Add Ginger Garlic Paste and mix well.
- Can be stored in air tight container for 1 month in freezer.
- Take a kadhai and add oil for deep fry and let it heat or Bake at 180 degree pre heated oven for 15-20 mins.
- Add potato tots and Fry on medium flame.
- Flip and fry until golden crisp.
- Potato Tots are ready to serve enjoy..!
