पोहे का एकदम नया Tasty चटपटा नाश्ता जिसे बारिश में आप जरूर बनवएंगे Poha Shotz – Poha Recipes – Poha

INGREDIENTS
Flattened rice/Poha – 1 cup
Bread – 2 pcs
Finely chopped carrot – 1
Finely chopped onion – 1
Finely chopped green chilly – 2
Finely chopped capsicum – 1/2 pcs
Finely chopped coriander
Curd – 2 tbsp
Corn flour – 2 tbsp
Red chilly flakes – 1tsp
Garam masala – 1/2 tsp
Chaat masala-1 tbsp
Salt as per taste

For slurry
All purpose flour – 3 tbsp
Water as per required
Salt as per taste
Bread crumbs as per required

  • To make Poha Shotz take a bowl.
  • Wash & soak poha in a strainer for 3 mins.
  • Transfer soaked poha into bowl.
  • Take bread slices & remove its edges.
  • Dip bread in water,Squeeze excess water & add into poha.
  • Add Finely chopped carrot,Finely chopped onion,Finely chopped green chilly,Finely chopped capsicum,Finely chopped coriander,Curd,Corn flour, Red chilly flakes,Garam masala ,Chaat masala,Salt as per taste.
  • Mix well.
  • Take lemon size dough & make cubes.
  • deep fry or shallow fry or bake in preheated oven in 180 degree for 25 mins.
  • Take all purpose in a bowl.
  • Add water & prepare slurry.
  • Dip into slurry & coat in bread crumbs.
  • Heat oil on high flame.
  • Fry on medium flame until golden crisp.
  • Poha Shotz are ready to serve.
