ये एक चीज़ डालकर पोहे के ऐसे कुरकुरे पकोड़े खाओगे तो बार बार बनाओगे ठेले के भूल जाओगे Poha Pakora

Flatten Rice/Poha – 1 cup
Curd – 4 tbsp
Water – 5 tbsp
Grated Carrot – 2-3 tbsp
Red Capsicum – 2-3 tbsp
Grated Ginger – 1 tsp
Chopped Green chillies – 2
Chopped Onion – 1

Finely Chopped Coriander
Grated Raw Potato – 1
Red Chilli Powder – 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder – 1/4 tsp
Chaat Masala – 1 tsp
Cumin Powder – 1 tsp
Garam Masala – 1/2 tsp
Red Chilli Flakes – 1/2 tsp
Salt as per taste
Besan/Gram Flour – 5 tbsp
Oil – 1 tsp
Mustard Seeds – 1 tsp
Asafoetida – 2 pinch
Sesame/Til – 1 tsp
Oil for frying

  • To make Kurkure Crispy Poha Bhajiya.
  • Take a bowl,Place strainer,add poha on it.
  • Wash it 2-3 times to make poha soft.
  • Transfer into bowl.
  • Add Curd,Water and mix well.
  • Let it rest for 10-15 mins.
  • Check after 15 mins.
  • Add Grated Carrot,Red Capsicum,Grated Ginger,Chopped Green chillies,Chopped Onion,Finely Chopped Coriander,Grated Raw Potato.
  • Add Red Chilli Powder,Turmeric Powder,Cumin Powder,Chaat Masala,Garam Masala,Red Chilli Flakes,Salt.
  • Add Besan/Gram Flour and mix well.
  • Take tadka pan add oil and heat it.
  • Add Mustard Seeds,Asafoetida,Sesame/Til.
  • Turn flame and add tadka into prepared mix and mix well.
  • On medium flame heat oil for frying.
  • Fry pakoda on low medium flame.
  • Flip and fry on all sides until golden crisp.
  • Take out and transfer onto tissue after golden crisp.
  • Kurkure Crispy Poha Bhajiya is ready…enjoy
