पोहे का एकदम नया Tasty क्रिस्पी नाश्ता जिसे सबलोग रोज बनवाएंगे Poha Nameekn Donut – Poha Recipes

INGREDIENTS
Poha/flatten rice – 2 cups
Finely chopped onion – 1
Finely chopped chilli – 2
Salt as per taste
Red chilli flakes – 1 tsp
Pizza sauce – 2 tbsp
Rice flour – 1/2 cup
Finely chopped coriander
Ginger garlic paste – 1 tsp
All purpose flour – 1/4 cup
Salt – 1/2 tsp
Bread crumbs – 1/2 cup
Oil for deep fry

  • To make Poha namkeen donut.
  • Take poha,wash and soak for 5 mins.
  • Remove excess water.
  • Add poha in a mixer jar and grind it.
  • Transfer into a bowl.
  • Add Finely chopped onion,Finely chopped chilli,Salt,Red chilli flakes,Pizza sauce(optional),Rice flour,Finely chopped coriander,Ginger garlic paste.
  • Mix well.
  • Take a lime sized dough and make a ball and Prepare a pattie shape(Any shape can be given).
  • Take any cap and insert it and give a donut shape.
  • In other bowl take All purpose flour,add salt and water and prepare slurry.
  • In other bowl take bread crumbs.
  • Take prepared donut and dip into slurry and coat with crumbs.
  • Shallow fry/deep fry or bake,can also be stored in fridge for 2 week.
  • Let it set in fridge for 10-15 mins.
  • Add oil for deep fry and heat on medium flame.
  • Add donuts into oil and fry on medium flame.
  • Flip and fry until golden crisp.
  • Transfer onto plate.
  • Poha namkeen donuts are ready to serve..Enjoy!!
