5 मिनट में भयंकर कोहरे वाली ठण्ड में ल दे तुरंत स्फूर्ति भरपूर ताकत ये बिना घी बिना चीनी के नए Ladoo

Peanuts – 1 cup
Poha/Flatten Rice – 1/2 cup
Til/Sesame seeds – 1/2 cup
Jaggery/Gud – 1 cup
Cardamom Powder -1 /2 tsp

  • To make Poha Mungfalli Til Ladoo Take a kadhai add peanuts and Dry roast on low flame until golden.
  • Turn off flame and transfer into plate and Let it cool completely.
  • On low flame add Poha/Flatten Rice in kadhai and Roast on low flame until crisp.
  • Turn off flame,transfer into plate and let it cool.
  • On low flame add Til in kadhai and Roast on low flame until golden and splutter.
  • Turn off flame,transfer into plate and let it cool.
  • Pour roasted peanuts on a cloth rub to remove peel,Strain with a strainer and remove peel.
  • Add roasted poha in a grinding jar and make fine powder.
  • Transfer into a bowl.
  • Add peanuts in a grinding jar and make fine powder and Transfer into same bowl.
  • Add til in a grinding jar,Jaggery/Gud and Blend well.
  • Transfer into same bowl add Cardamom Powder
  • Mix well and prepare ladoo mix (Add ghee if required).
  • Grease hands and prepare ladoos.
  • Poha Mungfali Til Ladoo is ready to serve…Enjoy!!
