रक्षाबंधन पर सिर्फ 2 चीज़ो से टेस्टी मिठाई की ❤️ भाई भी कह उठेगा पहले क्यों नहीं खिलाई Sweet Recipe

Raw Peanuts – 250 gms
Condense milk – 1/2 cup
Cardamom powder – 1/2 tsp
Castor sugar for garnish

  • To make peanut ladoo take peanuts and dry roast at low to medium flame until golden.
  • Turn off flmae and let it cool.
  • Take a cloth and transfer peanut on towel and remove skin.
  • Take a strainer and remove peel and seeds.
  • Take a mixer jar,add peanuts and make a coarse powder on pulse.
  • Take a pan,on low flame add condense milk.
  • Add peanut powder and mix well.
  • Add Cardamom powder and mix well.
  • Cook until thick and leaves pan.
  • Turn off flame.
  • Transfer into plate.
  • Do not cool it down completely
  • Take lemon size dough and prepare ladoo.
  • Roll ladoo into castor sugar.
  • Peanut ladoo is ready to serve. Enjoy!!!
