पानीपूरी का चटपटा तीखा और मीठा पानी बनाने का असली तरीका जाने सारे राज ट्रिक्स Pani Puri Pani Recipe

For Thikka Pani
Fresh Coriander – 1 cup
Mint Leaves – 1/2 cup
Green Chillies – 5-6
Ginger – 1 inch
Water – 1 ltr
Black Salt -1 tsp
Salt -1 tsp
Roasted Cumin Powder – 1/2 tsp
Pepper Powder – 1/4 tsp
Red Chilli Powder -1/4 tsp
Pani Puri Masala – 1 tbsp
Hing/Asafoetida – 1/4 tsp
Lemon Juice – 3 tbsp
Boondi – 3 tbsp

For Mitthi Pani
Seedless Tamarind – 50 gms
Hot water – 1 cup
Crushed Jaggery – 100-150 gms
Hing/Asafoetida – 1/4 tsp
Black Salt -1/2 tsp
Salt – 1/2 tsp
Pepper Powder – 1/4 tsp
Red Chilli Powder – 1 tsp
Roasted Jeera Powder – 1 tsp
Water – 1 ltr

  • First lets prepare Thikka Panni
  • Take a grinding jar.
  • Add Fresh Coriander,Mint Leaves,Green Chillies,Ginger,Water and make a fine paste.
  • Transfer into a bowl.
  • Add 1 litre water and mix well.
  • Add Black Salt,Salt,Roasted Cumin Powder,Pepper Powder,Red Chilli Powder,Pani Puri Masala,Hing/Asafoetida,Lemon Juice and mix well.
  • Take a bowl and strainer and strain if required.
  • Add Boondi,ice cubes and mix well.
  • Pour into ice cube mould and freeze it for long storage.
  • Serve chill with pani puri and potato masala!!
  • To make Khatti Mitthi pani.
  • Take tamarind add hot water and let it soak for 30 mins.
  • Check after 30 mins.
  • Take a grinding jar and add tamarind and make fine paste.
  • Take a bowl and strainer and add tamarind pulp and strain to remove skin.
  • Take a pan add prepared tamarind pulp.
  • Add Crushed Jaggery,Melt jaggery on medium flame.
  • Add Hing/Asafoetida,Black Salt,Salt,Pepper Powder,Red Chilli Powder,Roasted Jeera Powder and mix well and boil until thick consistency.
  • Turn off flame when it has a coating on a spoon and let it cool.
  • Add half of the prepared concentrate and add 1 litre water.
  • Mix well.
  • Add bondi and serve chill.
  • Can store both the prepared chutni for 1 month in fridge.
  • Pour into a ice cubes mould and prepare cube bloacks and store.
