केवल दूध से बनाये ऐसी ठंडीठंडी टेस्टी मिठाई सब पूछेंगे कैसे बनायीं Rasgulla recipe – Paneer Rasgulla

INGREDIENTS
Full fat Milk – 1.5 litres
White vinegar – 2 tbsp
water – 1/4 cup
Corn flour – 1 tsp
Milk powder – 2 tbsp
Rose red colour – 3-4 drops

To prepare sugar syrup
Water – 3 cups
Sugar – 1.5 cup
Lemon juice – 1 tsp
Cardamom powder – 1/2 tsp
Rose essence few drops

  • To make Paneer jamun.
  • Pour 1.5 mitres milk and boil it.
  • Take a cup add vinegar and water and dilute(Use 2 tbsp lime juice in place of vinegar).
  • Add vinegar into milk and stir until cruddle.
  • Turn off flame after milk crudles.
  • Take a bowl,place a seive & cloth.
  • Transfer crudles milk,Add cold water and rinse paneer.
  • Squeeze water,Place a grinding stone on panner to remove excess water.
  • Remove paneer from cloth after 15 mins.
  • knead paneer till it turns out smooth texture.
  • Add Corn flour,milk powder and knead well.
  • Add Rose red colour and knead for 10 minutes.
  • pinch a small ball from paneer and give shape.
  • Lets prepare sugar syrup.
  • Take a wide pan and and water.
  • Add Sugar and melt it.
  • Add lemon juice to avoid crystalization.
  • Add Cardamom powder,Rose essence and boil.
  • Drop prepared panner balls into boiling sugar syrup.
  • Cover and boil for 8-10 mins.
  • After 10 mins turn off flame.
  • Let it cool completely for 2-3 hours.
  • Paneer jamun is ready,serve chill enjoy..!!!
