Palak Poori is very tasty & delicious.It is very instant & easy to make recipe that can be enjoyed with tea also. Palak Poori is very easy to make at home. You can eat Palak Poori for breakfast, anytime. You can eat  Palak Poori  with pickle , pudina chutney and Schezwan sauce . Palak Poori with potato & other veggies adds more flavour. 

नए अनोखे तरीके से ऐसी पालक की पूरी एक बार बनोगे तो पूरी सर्दी हर रोज़ ये ही खाओगे Palak Puri – Poori

Water – 500 ml
Salt – 1 tsp
Spinach Leaves
Green Chilly – 2 pcs
Roughly chopped Ginger – 1 inch
Garlic – 5 pcs
Coriander Seeds – 2 tsp
Fennel Seeds – 1 tsp
Asafoetida – 1 pinch
Wheat flour – 1.5 cup
Carom Seeds – 1/2 tsp
Red chilly powder – 1/2 tsp
Cumin Seeds – 1/2 tsp
Garam Masala – 1/2 tsp
Salt – 1/2 tsp
Semolina – 2 tbsp
Gram Flour- 1 tbsp
Oil – 1 tbsp
Water as required

  • To make Palak Poori take a Kadhai/pan.
  • Boil Water on medium flame.
  • When it comes to boil add salt.
  • Add washed Spinach leaves.
  • Cover with lid & blanch for 1 minute.
  • Turn off the flame.
  • Strain water & let it cool.
  • Add Blanched Spinach into grinding jar.
  • Add Green Chilly,Roughly chopped Ginger,Garlic,Coriander Seeds,Fennel Seeds
  • Add Asafoetida & Grind into fine paste without adding water.
  • Take a wide bowl & add Wheat flour.
  • Add prepared paste.
  • Add Carom Seeds, Red chilly powder,Cumin Seeds,Garam Masala,Salt,Semolina,Gram Flour.
  • Mix well & prepare dough.
  • Add Oil & Add water as required.
  • Prepare hard dough.
  • Let it set for 15 minutes.
  • Take small size dough & spread with rolling pin.
  • Heat Oil on high flame.
  • Once oil is hot, drop pooris into hot oil.
  • Flip & fry from both sides.
  • Palak Poori is ready to serve.Enjoy!!
