बिना घी बिना चीनी बिना मावा मक्खन जैसी नरम मुँह में घुल जाने वाली बर्फी Sweet Recipes – Swee

Desiccated coconut – 1 cup
Grated Jaggery/gud – 3/4 cup
Milk- 1/2 cup
Cardamom powder – 1 tsp
Dry fruits for garnish

  • To make Nariyal Gud Barfi take a pan and heat it.
  • Add 1 cup Desiccated coconut and roast on low flame until golden color.
  • After it changes its color add 3/4 cup grated Jaggery/gud.
  • Mix well until jaggery melts.
  • After jaggery melts add milk little by little and mix well.
  • Cook until it starts leaving the pan. Add Cardamom powder and mix well.
  • Off the flame while it forms a soft dough. Do not over cook.
  • Take a setting plate/tray and grease it with ghee/oil.
  • Transfer mix on plate/tray and spread.
  • Add any dry fruits for garnish.
  • Let it set for 15 mins on fridge or room temparature.
  • After 15 mins cut it into desire shape.
  • Barfi is ready st serve..enjoy!!!
