Crispy Ladoos made with puffed rice & molten jaggery.It is light for stomach & good to eat.Its very instant & easy recipe that one can make.It is made specially in any of the festival like Makar Sakranti and all.With puffed rice many snacks can also be made like Bhel Puri, dried Murmura Snacks and so on.

5 मिनट में भयंकर ठण्ड में मुरमुरे के एकदम खस्ता कुरकुरे लड्डू टेस्ट में सुपरहिट ताकत दे भरपूर Ladoo

Puffed rice – 125gms (3 cups)
Gur/Jaggery – 80 gms (1 cup)
Ghee – 1 tbsp

  • Take a kadhai add Puffed rice.
  • On low medium flame Dry roast for 2-3 mins.
  • Turn off flame when crunchy and transfer into plate.
  • Let it cool Completely.
  • Take kadhai add ghee and melt.
  • Add Jaggery and melt,Cook until bubbles form.
  • Take normal water add few drops of syrup,if it breaks then syrup is perfect,if not cook for somewhile.
  • Turn off flame and add prepared murmura/Puffed rice mix and coat well.
  • Do not let the mix cool.
  • Dip hands in water and prepare ladoos.
  • Let it cool.
  • Murmura Ladoo is ready to serve…Enjoy!!!
