Moong Dal halwa plays an important role in many of the festival & is mostly made in weddings in india. Different varieties of Halwa can be made like lauki halwa , bread halwa , gajar halwa.This is very instant recipes & easy to make.It gives relief to our hunger.

सबसे कम मेहनत कम समय में हलवाई जैसा मूंग दाल हलवा बनाने का ये है सबसे आसान तरीका/बिना भिगाये Halwa

INGREDIENTS
Moong dal- 1 cup
Sugar – 1 cup
Cardamom Powder – 1 tsp
Milk – 450 ml
Water – 1/2 cup
Chopped Almonds – 10-15 pcs
Chopped Cashews – 7-8 pcs
Chopped Pista
Semolina – 1 tbsp
Gram Flour – 1 tbsp
Ghee – 2 tbsp

  • INSTRUCTIONS
  • To make Moong Dal Halwa
  • Strain & clean moong dal with cloth.
  • Add a pinch of saffron into warm milk.
  • Heat Kadhai/pan on low to medium flame.
  • Add Moong dal & roast till golden in colour for 5 minutes.
  • Take out into plate & let it cool.
  • Add roasted moong dal into grinding jar.
  • Grind into pulse & make coarse powder.
  • Take a pan & add Ghee & let it melt.
  • Add chopped dry fruits & roast slightly.
  • Take out dry fruits.
  • Add Semolina & Gram flour in the same pan.
  • Add prepared Moong dal powder.
  • Add 2 tbsp Ghee.
  • Roast on low flame until golden.
  • Roast until ghee releases.
  • Add milk little by little & mix well.
  • Add half cup water.
  • Cook until it becomes thick.
  • Add sugar & stir continuously.
  • Add 1 tbsp Ghee & mix well.
  • Add roasted dry fruits.
  • Add Cardamom powder & mix well.
  • Turn off the flame.
  • Moong dal Halwa is ready to serve.
