GEHU KE ATTE KI KHASTA MATHRI|NIMKI|NAMKEEN
This Mathri is very Snacky , Spicy flavoured which is very tasty & spiced with carom seeds, & many more Spices.In this way many snacks can be prepared like Mathri , Namkeen , Mixture.It can be served in tea time Snacks.This snacks are generally made for Diwali & karwachauth.It is very tasty, instant & easy to make.This is a great Snack to carry while travelling.
गेहू के आटे की मठरी में बस ये एक चीज़ डाल दे एक एक मठरी खस्ता खस्ता बन कर निकलेगी Mathri Recipe Nimki
Wheat Flour – 2 cups
Semolina – 6 tbsp
Gram flour – 2 tbsp
Carom Seeds – 1 tsp
Salt as per taste
Crushed Black Pepper – 1 tsp
Dry Fenugreek Leaves – 1 tsp
Oil – 1/4 cup
Warm Water as required
Oil for deep fry
- To make Gehu Atta Mathri/Namkeen take a wide bowl.
- Add Wheat Flour,Semolina,Gram Flour,Carom Seeds,Salt as per taste,Crushed Black Pepper,Dry Fenugreek Leaves and mix well.
- Add Oil, crumble and mix well. Flour holds shape.
- Add Warm water little by ltlle and prepare hard dough.
- Coat with oil on all sides.
- Cover with wet clothe and let it set for 15 mins.
- After 15 mins check dough.
- Prepare small peda.
- Take peda flatten with hand and flatten with thumb.
- Add oil in kadhai and let it heat.
- Add prepared mathri and fry on low flame.
- Stir with spoon and fry on all sides.
- Take out into plate.
- Gehu Atta Mathri is ready to serve.Enjoy!!
