Matar Kachori is an interesting and easy snack recipe & is made without Oil. Matar Kachori is very tasty & delicious & easy to make. Matar Kachori is also called Kachori which can be enjoyed with evening tea. This snack can be easily made for any festive occasions. Perfectly crisp and deliciously light snack which can be enjoyed with any of the Chutney

गरम कड़ाही से निकाले एकदम खस्ता फूली फूली हरी मटर की कचोरी नए तरीके से वो भी बिना फटे Matar Kachori

Ingredients
All purpose flour – 2 cups
Salt as per taste
Baking Soda – 2 pinch
Oil – 1/4 cup
Fresh Green Peas – 1.5 cup
Green Chillies – 2
Ginger – 1 inch
Oil – 2 tsp
Cumin seeds – 1 tsp
Caraway(Ajwain) – 1/4 tsp
Asafoetida – 1/4 tsp
Crushed Saunf – 1 tsp
Besan – 2 tbsp
Tumeric Powder – 1/4 tsp
Chiili Powder – 1/2 tsp
Coriander Powder – 1 tsp
Amchur Powder – 1/2 tsp
Salt as per taste
Garam Masala – 1/2 tsp
Finely chopped coriander
Cooking oil for deep fry

  • To make khasta Matar Ki Kachori take a bowl.
  • Add All purpose flour,Salt,Baking Soda and mix.
  • Add Oil and mix well.
  • Add water and prepare soft dough.
  • Close lid and kep aside and let it set for 15 mins.
  • LetS prepare filling
  • Take a mixer jar.
  • Add Fresh green peas,Green Chillies,Ginger and Grind coarse.
  • Take a pan add oil,Cumin seeds,Caraway,Asafoetida,Crushed Saunf,Besan and saute on medium flame.
  • Add Turmeric Powder and saute.
  • On low flame add green peas paste and saute.
  • After 2 mins add Chiili Powder,Coriander Powder,Amchur Powder,Salt,Garam Masala and mix well and cook until dry.
  • Turn off flame and keep aside to cool.
  • Check dough and knead once again.
  • Divide dough into 2 parts and prepare a log.
  • Cut pieces as per size.
  • Take 1 pieces and prepare a ball without cracks.
  • Place prepared filling and Close on all sides.
  • Press and spread it all sides(Refer video for size).
  • Prepare everything in the same way.
  • Store in air tight container in fridge and store for 2-3 days.
  • Take kadhai add oil and Heat oil on medium flame.
  • Add kachori and fry on low flame.
  • Do not touch until it raises up.
  • Flip nd fry until golden crisp.
  • Khasta Matar Kachri is ready.Enjoy!!
