इन सर्दियों में बनाये सूजी और हरी मटर क ऐसा चटपटा नाश्ता जो जबखाये बारबार बनवाये Suji Matar Kachori

INGREDIENTS
Semolina/Sooji – 1 cup
Curd – 1/2 cup
Salt as per taste
Pepper Powder – 1/2 tsp
Fresh Green Peas – 1.5 cup
Ginger – 1 inch
Chopped Green chilli – 1
Oil – 2 tsp
Cumin Seeds – 1 tsp
Ajwain – 1/2 tsp
Asafoetida – 2 pinch
Garlic paste
Red Chilli Powder – 1 tsp
Coriander Powder – 1 tsp
Chaat Masala – 1 tsp
Garam Masala – 1/2 tsp
Finely Chopped Coriander
Salt as per taste
Oil – 2 tsp
Cumin seeds – 1/2 tsp
Mustard seeds – 1/2 tsp
Red chillies – 2
Desiccated coconut – 1 tbsp
Red Chilli Flakes – 1/2 tsp
Finely chopped Coriander

  • INSTRUCTIONS
  • Take a bowl add semolina,Curd Pepper powder,salt and Mix well and prepare a dough.
  • Add water and prepare a soft dough.
  • Close lid and Let it set for 5 mins.
  • Take a mixer jar add Fresh Green Peas,Ginger,Chopped Green chilli and Make a coarse paste.
  • Take pan add oil and heat.
  • Add Cumin Seeds,Ajwain,Asafoetida,Add prepared paste and cook on low medium flame.
  • Add garlic paste and saute for 2 mins.
  • Add Red Chilli Powder, Coriander Powder,Chaat Masala,Garam Masala and mix well.
  • Add Finely Chopped Coriander,Salt mix well.
  • Turn off flame and transfer into bowl.
  • After 11 mins check dough.
  • Apply oil to hands and knead smooth dough.
  • Take matar filling and prepare small balls.
  • Take ball size dough and prepare a ball.
  • Spread with hands,Place filling and close on all sides.
  • Keep in between palms and make a smooth ball.
  • Spread with hands to prepare kachodi.
  • Take a kadhai add water and boil it.
  • Take a steaming plate grease with oil.
  • Place prepared kachori on plate.
  • Take a steaming plate grease with oil.
  • Close lid and steam for 15 mins.
  • Check after 15 mins and take it onto a plate.
  • Take a tadka pan.
  • Add oil,Cumin seeds,Mustard seeds,Red chillies,Desiccated coconut,Red Chilli Flakes and saute.
  • Place prepare kachori and toss well.
  • Add Finely chopped Coriander.
  • Matar Kachori is ready to serve.Enjoy!!
