कम मेहनत में ऐसी नयी बेसन की मसाला Mathri बनायीं सब कहउठे पहले क्यों नहीं बताई Mathri Recipe Nimki

INGREDIENTS
All purpose flour – 1 cup
Salt – 2 tsp
Caraway – 1/2 tsp
Oil – 8 tbsp
Warm water as required
Gram flour – 1 cup
Caraway – 1/2 tsp
Salt – 2 tsp
Coriander powder – 1 tsp
Red chilli powder – 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
Garam masala – 1/2 tsp
Asafoetida – 1/4 tsp
Chaat masala – 1 tsp
Kasuri methi – 1/2 tsp
Oil – 8 tbsp
Warm water as required
Oil fro deep fry

  • To make masala mathri rings,take bowl add all purpose flour,salt,Caraway,Oil.
  • Mix well until holds shape.
  • Add water little by little and Prepare a hard dough.
  • Keep aside in bowl.
  • Now add gram flour into the same mixing bowl.
  • Add Salt,Caraway,Coriander powder,Red chilli powder,Garam masala,Asafoetida,Chaat masala,Kasuri methi,Oil.
  • Mix well until holds shape.
  • Add water little by little and Prepare a hard dough.
  • Keep aside in bowl.
  • Cover with wet cloth and let it set for 15-20 mins.
  • After 15 mins check dough.
  • Take maida dough/all purpose flour and divide into two parts.
  • Take besan/gram flour dough and divide into two parts.
  • Prepare equal sized balls and flatten them.
  • Brush water on the maida/all purpose flour dough.
  • Place the besan/gram flour dough on top and press.
  • Roll thin dough with help of roller pin.
  • After rolling thin Brush water on top of the besan/gram flour dough.
  • Roll dough into log shape.
  • Roll well to stick.
  • Press edges to give proper shape and Trim edges.
  • Cut mathri log in pinwheel shape.
  • In a kadhai add cooking oil for deep fry and heat on medium flame.
  • Fry only on low flame.
  • Transfer on a tissue/plate.
  • Store in air tight container for 1 month.
  • Masala matri rings are ready to serve. ENJOY!!
