सब खाने के लिए करे तंग बिना आलू ऐसे मसाला फ्राइज जो करे टेंशन कम खाओ 15 दिन हरदम Rice French Fries
INGREDIENTS
Water – 1 cup
Salt – 1 tsp
Oil – 1 tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 tsp
Rice Flour – 1 cup
Gram Flour – 2 tbsp
Oil for deep fry
For Masala Coating
Salt
Pepper Powder – 1/2 tsp
Chaat Masala – 1 tsp
Red Chilli Powder – 2 tsp
- Take a pan.
- Add Water,Salt,Oil,Ginger Garlic Paste.
- Mix well and boil.
- After 1 boil.
- Add Rice Flour,Gram Flour and mix well.
- Close lid and cook for 30 seconds.
- Turn off flame after 30 seconds and transfer into bowl.
- Let it cool until warm.
- Grease hands and mix well to prepare dough.
- Pinch ball size dough.
- Sprinkle atta on platform and Roll thick.
- Cut edges and make a rectangle.
- With knife or pizza cutter cut into french fries shape.
- Place prepared fries on plate and cover it.
- Take a kadahi,
- Add oil and Heat oil on medium flame.
- Add prepared fries into oil and fry.
- Flip and fry on all sides until golden crisp.
- Take out when golden crisp.
- Take a bowl.
- Add Salt,Pepper Powder,Chaat Masala,Red Chilli Powder and mix well.
- Add prepared fries and close lid and toss well.
- Masala French Fries are ready to serve..Enjoy!!
