सब खाने के लिए करे तंग बिना आलू ऐसे मसाला फ्राइज जो करे टेंशन कम खाओ 15 दिन हरदम Rice French Fries

Water – 1 cup
Salt – 1 tsp
Oil – 1 tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 tsp
Rice Flour – 1 cup
Gram Flour – 2 tbsp
Oil for deep fry

For Masala Coating
Pepper Powder – 1/2 tsp
Chaat Masala – 1 tsp
Red Chilli Powder – 2 tsp

  • Take a pan.
  • Add Water,Salt,Oil,Ginger Garlic Paste.
  • Mix well and boil.
  • After 1 boil.
  • Add Rice Flour,Gram Flour and mix well.
  • Close lid and cook for 30 seconds.
  • Turn off flame after 30 seconds and transfer into bowl.
  • Let it cool until warm.
  • Grease hands and mix well to prepare dough.
  • Pinch ball size dough.
  • Sprinkle atta on platform and Roll thick.
  • Cut edges and make a rectangle.
  • With knife or pizza cutter cut into french fries shape.
  • Place prepared fries on plate and cover it.
  • Take a kadahi,
  • Add oil and Heat oil on medium flame.
  • Add prepared fries into oil and fry.
  • Flip and fry on all sides until golden crisp.
  • Take out when golden crisp.
  • Take a bowl.
  • Add Salt,Pepper Powder,Chaat Masala,Red Chilli Powder and mix well.
  • Add prepared fries and close lid and toss well.
  • Masala French Fries are ready to serve..Enjoy!!
