बिना घंटो लगाए 5min में बाजार जैसी ठंडी गाढ़ी रबड़ी का नया अनोखा तरीका – Rabdi Recipes – Mango Rabri

Bread slices – 3 pcs
Full fat Milk- 1/2 ltr
Milk powder – 4 tbsp
Chopped Almonds – 1 tsp
Chopped pistachio – 1 tsp
Chopped cashewnut – 1 tsp
Sugar – 1/4 cup
Cardamom powder – 1 tsp
Ghee – 1/2 tsp
Mango Pulp – 1/2 cup
Mango – 2 slices

  • To make mango bread rabri take bread,cut edges and cut into pieces.
  • Add into grinding jar and make fine powder.
  • Now take a kadhai and add milk.
  • Boil milk on medium flame.
  • Add bread crumbs and mix well.
  • Stir continuously on low-medium flame.
  • Add milk powder in batches and mix continuously,Cook until 2 boils.
  • After 2 boils, add dry fruits,Sugar,Cardamom powder and mix well.
  • Add Ghee mix well and turn off flame and let it cool.
  • Peel 1 mango and make fine paste in mixer jar
  • Take 2 slices of mango and cut into small cubes.
  • Add mango cubes and mix well.
  • Garnish with dry fruits ad mango pieces.
  • Mango rabri is ready to serve.
