एकदम सस्ते में 3चीज़ो से बिना सोडा बिना बेकिंग पाउडर सबसे सॉफ्ट मैंगो केक कड़ाहीमें Eggless Mango Cake

INGREDIENTS
Riped Mango – 1 cup(1 pc)
Sugar – 5 tbsp
Marie Biscuit – 250 gms(45 pcs)
Sugar – 1/2 cup
Milk – 1 cup
Eno Fruit Salt – 1 sachet

For Garnish
chocolate Ganache
Choco chips
Silver Balls

  • To make Mango Cake.
  • Take riped mango peel and chop into pieces.
  • Add into jar & make fine paste without water.
  • Lets prepare Mango Glaze
  • Take a pan Add pulp into pan.
  • Add Sugar and mix well.
  • Cook on low- medium flame until sugar melts and translucent for 3-4 mins.
  • Turn off flame when translucent and shiny and keep aside to cool.
  • Take Marie Biscuit break them into pieces.
  • Add into mixer jar and make Fine Powder.
  • Transfer into a bowl.
  • Add Sugar and mix well.
  • Add Milk in batches & mix well to prepare ribbon consistency batter.
  • Add 3 tbsp Mango Glaze and mix well.
  • Take a cake tin/Bowl and grease with oil.
  • Place a Butter Paper.
  • Take Batter add Eno Fruit Salt.
  • Add milk to activated Eno and Gently mix in 1 direction.
  • Transfer Batter into Tin and Tap to remove Air bubbles.
  • Take a kadahi,Place stand and close lid, preheat for 10 mins.
  • Place tin in Kadahi,On low flame bake it for 35-40 mins.
  • Close with a lid covering on all sides.
  • Bake at 180 pre heated oven for 35 mins.
  • After 40 mins.
  • Check with a tooth pick if clean perfectly cooked.
  • Turn off flame.
  • Take out tin from kadahi & let it cool completely.
  • After it is cooled.
  • Separate edges with knife and de mold.
  • Garnish with prepared Mango Glaze,chocolate Ganache,Choco chips,Silver Balls,Mango Chunks.
  • Mango Cake is ready to serve.Enjoy!!
