एकदम नए तरीके से 15min में बनाये मुँह में घुलजाने वाली मिठाई Malai Roll Recipe – Instant Malai Roll

Milk – 2 cup(500 ml)
Milk powder – 2 tbsp
Sugar – 3 tbsp
Cardamom powder – 1/2 tsp

For filling
Ghee – 1 tbsp
Milk- 1/2 cup
Sugar – 2 tbsp
Milk powder – 1 cup
Cardamom powder – 1/2 tsp
Bread – 6 pcs
Pista and cherry for garnish

  • To make malai roll take a kadhai and milk and boil on high flame.
  • Scrape sides and mix into milk.
  • Add Milk powder and mix well.
  • Add sugar mix well.
  • Add Cardamom powder and Reduce milk until half its quantity.
  • Turn off flame and let it cool.
  • Lets prepare stuffing
  • In a pan add ghee and heat it.
  • Add Milk,sugar and let melt sugar.
  • Add Milk powder in batches and mix well.
  • Cook on low flame until it starts leaving the pan.
  • After it starts becoming thick add Cardamom powder and mix well.
  • Off flame and transfer on plate and let it cool.
  • Lets prepare malai roll
  • Take bread and cut edges and keep aside.
  • Roll bread and make thin slice.
  • Take mawa and make log shape for filling.
  • Take a bread slice,Place mawa roll on bread and press,Roll it.
  • Brush some prepared malai mix/milk on edges,Roll it and press and place in a plate.
  • Pour prepared rabdi.
  • Garnish with pista and cherry.
  • Rabdi roll is ready to serve. Enjoy!!!
