15 मिनट में घर के सामान से ऐसी कटोरी मिठाई जो खाने में लगे मिल्क केक और रसमलाई Katori Malai Cake

INGREDIENTS
All Purpose Flour – 1 cup
Sugar Powder – 1/2 cup
Baking Powder – 1 tsp
Baking Soda – 1/2 tsp
Cooking Oil – 4 tbsp
Fresh Curd – 1/4 cup
Milk – 1/2 cup
Vanilla Essence – 1/2 tsp
Milk – 500 ml
Milk Powder – 3 tbsp
Sugar – 3 tbsp
Cardamom Powder – 1/4 tsp

  • To make Malai Cake.
  • Take a bowl,Place a seive.
  • Add All Purpose Flour,Sugar Powder,Baking Powder,Baking Soda and Seive to remove lumps.
  • Take a kadahi,Add 1 glass water,Place a stand or bowl.
  • Close lid and pre heat for 6-7 mins.
  • Take seived mix.
  • Add Cooking Oil,Fresh Curd.
  • Add Milk in batches and prepare ribbon consistency batter.
  • Gently mix in one direction.
  • Add Vanilla Essence and mix well.
  • Take any glass bowl/Bowl/Tin.
  • Add Oil in glasses and Grease well.
  • Dust with maida on all sides.
  • Fill only 1/2 of the glass with batter.
  • Check kadahi and Place a plate on stand.
  • Place prepared glasses on plate.
  • Close with lid covering on all sides.
  • Steam it for 15 mins,Bake at 180 pre heated oven for 15-20 mins.
  • Lets prepare malai.
  • Take a pan.
  • Add Milk and Boil and reduce milk until its 1/2 quantity.
  • While milk is boiling.
  • Take Milk Powder add 2-3 tbsp boiling milk and prepare a paste.
  • Add prepared paste into milk and mix well.
  • Add Sugar and mix well on medium flame.
  • Add Cardamom Powder and mix well.
  • Turn off flame when it is reduced to half.
  • let it cool completely.
  • Lets check the cake.
  • Insert a tooth pick and check,If clean its cooked perfectly.
  • let it cool for sometime.
  • Make holes with help of fork/Tooth pick.
  • Pour prepared malai on top of cake.
  • Garnish with Dry Fruits.
  • Refridgerate and serve chill.
