बची रोटी का एकदम tasty नया नाश्ता जिसे रोटी ना खाने वाले भी जिद करके बनवाएंगे Breakfast recipes

INGREDIENTS
Left over chapati(Roti) – 6
Finely chopped cabbage – 3 tbsp
Finely chopped capsicum – 3 tbsp
Finely chopped onion – 1
Finely chopped carrot – 3 tbsp
Finely chopped Green chilly – 2
Red chilly flakes – 1 tsp
Black pepper powder – 1/2 tsp
Eggless Mayonnaise – 3 tbsp
Tomato ketchup – 1 tbsp
Salt – as per taste
Mozeralla cheese – 1/2 cup(optional)
All purpose flour – 1/4 cup
Water-as per required
Sesame seeds
Oil for shallow frying

  • To make left over chapati packet take a bowl.
  • Add Finely chopped cabbage ,finely chopped capsicum ,finely chopped onion,finely chopped carrot,finely chopped green chilly,black pepper powder,Eggless Mayonnaise,Tomato ketchup and Mix well.
  • Add Salt,Mozeralla cheese(Cheese slice/processed cheese can be used) and mix well.
  • Take all purpose flour in bowl, add water little by little & prepare a thick batter.
  • Take a chapati & apply the prepared paste on edges.
  • Add 1 tbsp prepared veggie mix.
  • Fold it from one end and close with sides applying prepared paste to form a packet.
  • Apply the paste on the edges and sprinkle some sesame seeds.
  • In a pan add oil for shallow fry & heat it on medium flame.
  • Shallow fry chapati packets until golden crisp.
  • Flip and fry on both sides.
  • Chapati packets are ready to serve..Enjoy!!!
