सब्जी का ना करो इंतजार बनाओ ऐसी खट्टी मीठी आम की लौंजी सब मांगे बार बार Khatti Meethi Aam ki Launji

INGREDIENTS
Raw Mangoes – 2 (500 gms)
Oil – 2 tbsp
Mustard Seeds – 1/2 tsp
Carom Seeds – 1/2 tsp
Cumin Seeds – 1/2 tsp
Nigella/Kalonji – 1/2 tsp
Fennel Seeds – 1/2 tsp
Red Chilli Powder – 1 tsp
Water – 1 cup
Salt as per taste
Jaggery – 1 cup
Chaat Masala – 1/2 tsp
Black Salt – 1/2 tsp
Garam Masala – 1/2 tsp

  • To make Khatti Meethi Aam ki Launji.
  • Take 2 mangoes.
  • Wash and peel skin.
  • Cut into Long Thick Pieces.
  • Take a kadahi.
  • Add Oil,Mustard Seeds,Carom Seeds,Cumin Seeds,Nigella/Kalonji,Fennel Seeds.
  • Mix and saute for 1 min.
  • Add Chopped Mangoes.
  • Mix and saute for 1 min.
  • Add Red Chilli Powder and mix well.
  • Add Water,Salt and mix well.
  • Close lid and cook for 2-3 mins.
  • Check after 2 mins,Mix well.
  • Add Jaggery and mix well and cook for 2 mins.
  • Add Chaat Masala,Black Salt,Garam Masala and Mix well.
  • Khatti Meethi Aam ki Launji is ready to serve..Enjoy!!
