होली वाले खस्ता काजू नमकपारे इतनी आसान रेसिपी देखतेही तुरंत बनाएंगे महीना भर खाएंगे Kaju Namak Paare

Maida/All purpose flour- 2 cup
Rava/semolina – 1/4 cup
Ajwain/caraway seeds – 1 tsp
Salt – as per required
Crushed Pepper – as per required (optional)
Cooking oil – 1/2 cup
Warm Water – as per required
Oil – for deep fry

  • To make Namak Para Kahu Take a mixing bowl.
  • Add maida,Rava,Ajwain,Salt,Crushed Pepper and mix well
  • Add Cooking oil in batches and mix well until holds shapes.
  • Add warm water and prepare semi soft dough.
  • Close lid and let the dough set for 5 mins.
  • After 15 mins knead again.
  • Divide into 4 parts.
  • Roll dough with a roller pin.
  • Do not roll too thick or too thin.
  • Take a cap and cut half moon shapes from dough and keep aside in a plate.
  • Take a kadhai add oil and let it heat.
  • Add prepared namak pare and Fry on medium flame.
  • Fry until gilden crisp.
  • Flip and fry on all sides.
  • After golden transfer into a tissue.
  • Store in air tight container for 1 month after it completely cools down.
  • Kaju Namak Para is ready.Enjoy!!
