Kaju Kesar Bati is one of the popular indian sweet made from Cashewnuts is mainly prepared for during festival or in weddings. It is known with several other names like Kaju Katli, Barfi & all. This Sweet will give you delicious ,Soft & Flavorful taste which can be made in few minutes.It is very taste & instant & easy to make.It can be enjoyed in any of the festival.
बिना घी मावा 3 चीज़ो से नयी Tastyमिठाई कम मेहनत में स्वाद का धमाका Kaju Katli Kesar Bati – Kaju Katli
Cashew Nuts – 250 gms
Sugar – 1 cup
Water – 1/2 cup
Orange food colour – 2 pinch
Saffron strands – 1 pinch
Desiccated coconut – 4 tbsp
Orange food colour
- To make Kaju Kesar Bati take a grinding jar.
- Add kaju and Make fine powder on pulse.
- Take a pan add Sugar,Water and melt sugar.
- Add Orange food colour and Boil until near by to one string consistency.
- Add prepared kaju powder and mix well on low flame.
- Add Saffron strands soaked in milk and mix well.
- Add Desiccated coconut and mix well.
- Stir continuously on low flame.
- Cook until it leaves pan.
- Turn off the flame.
- Check the consistency by making small ball.
- Take a Silver Foil/Butter Paper.
- Grease with Ghee/oil.
- Transfer Mix into Silver Foil/Butter paper.
- Cover with Silver Foil/Butter paper & knead well.
- Roll in medium thickness.
- Cut into desired pieces.
- Decorate with Silver vark & dry fruits.
- Put dots with Red Food Colour.
- Kaju Kesar Bati is ready to serve.Enjoy!!
