जब सजेगी त्योहार की थाली में येTasty मिठाई तो सभी पूछेंगे कैसे बनायीं Kaju Katli – Kaju Katli Jalebi

INGREDIENTS
Sugar – 1 cup
Water – 1/2 cup
cashewnut powder – 1 cup
Roasted peanut powder – 1/2 cup
Rose essence – 1/2 tsp(optional)
Oil/ghee for greasing
For garnishing
Silver vark
Food colour
Pista

  • To make kaju jalebi take a pan.
  • Add sugar & water.
  • Keep the flame medium.
  • Let the sugar melt and boil until one string consistency.
  • Check the consistency after sometime.
  • Reduce the flame to low.
  • Add cashew nut powder & mix well.
  • Add peanut powder & mix well .
  • Stir it continuously till it separates pan.
  • Add rose essence for flavor & mix well.
  • Turn off the flame.
  • Check the consistency if it forms a ball.
  • Take silver foil/butter paper & grease it.
  • Transfer mix to silver foil.
  • Grease palm with ghee.
  • Take small portion & roll it on board.
  • Roll it in jalebi/chakri shape.
  • Cover the mix with silver foil to maintain temperature.
  • Decorate with silver vark or dry fruits.
  • Kaju jalebi is ready to serve.Enjoy!!
    Tip : Do not let it cool completely
