INGREDIENTS
Peanuts/Mungfalli – 1 cup
Til/Sesame seeds – 1 cup
Jaggery /Gud – 1 cup
Cardamom Powder – 1/4 tsp

  • INSTRUCTIONS
  • To make Til Mungfalli Ladoo take a kadhai.
  • Add peanuts and Dry roast until golden on low flame.
  • After golden Turn off flame and transfer into plate.
  • Let it cool completely.
  • Take same kadhai add til.sesame seeds and Dry roast until golden on low flame.
  • Turn off flame and transfer into plate.
  • Let it cool completely.
  • With a help of colth rub and remove skin of peanuts and with strainer remove the peel
  • Take grinding jar,add peanuts and make powder on pulse.
  • Make fine powder until it holds shape.
  • Transfer into a bowl.
  • Add til and jaggery into jar and blend well.
  • Make fine powder until it holds shape.
  • Transfer into a bowl.
  • Add Cardamom Powder and mix well.
  • Take a lemon size mix and prepare ladoo.
  • Store in air tight container for 20 days.
  • Til Mungfalli Ladoo is ready to serve.Enjoy!!
