10मिनट में बिल्कुल हल्वाई जैसी स्वादिष्ट जलेबी इस टिप्स से बिना खमीर की टेंशन Jalebi – Jalebi Recipe

INGREDIENTS
Sugar – 400 gms
Water – 200 ml
Lime juice – 1/2 tsp
Saffron – 1 pinch
All purpose flour – 1 cup
Sour Curd – 1/4 cup
Baking powder – 1 tsp
Water as required
Kesar yellow colour – 2 pinch
Ghee/oil for frying

  • To make instant jalebi take a pan.
  • Add sugar and water and prepare one string consistency sugar syrup.
  • Add Lime juice to avoid crystallization.
  • Add saffron and boil.
  • Turn off flame when it is near to one string consistency.
  • Now take an other bowl add All purpose flour,sour curd,Baking
  • powder and mix well.
  • Add Water as required and prepare medium consistency lump free smooth batter.
  • Add Kesar yellow color and mix well.
  • Take sauce bottle/milk packet/zip lock.
  • Place milk packet in a glass and fill batter.
  • In a wide pan or kadai add ghee/oil and heat on low-medium flame.
  • Make a cut on the corner of the milk packet.
  • Make jalebi as per required size and fry on low to medium flame until golden crisp.
  • After golden crisp take out of ghee/oil.
  • Add prepared jalebi into warm syrup and Dip it only for 30 – 60 seconds.
  • INSTANT JALEBI IS READY TO SERVE. ENJOY!!
