बिना दाल चावल भिगाये 10min में ऐसा Crispy Dosa बनाया सभी कह उठे पहले क्यों नहीं बताया Dosa recipe

Semolina – 1 cup
Wheat flour – 2 tbsp
Curd – 3/4 cup
Water as per required
Oil – 1 tbsp
Mustard seeds – 1 tsp
Asafoetida – 2 pinch
Black gram – 1 tsp
Split gram – 1 tsp
Red chillies – 2
Curry leaves
Finely chopped onion – 1
Finely chopped green chilli
Grated ginger – 1 tsp
Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
Salt – 1 tsp
Baking soda – 1/4 tsp

  • To make instant dosa take a mixer jar add semolina,wheat flour,curd,water and make a fine batter.
  • Let it set for 10 mins.
  • To make masala.
  • Take kadhai add oil and let it heat.
  • Add Mustard seeds,Asafoetida,Black gram,Split gram,Red chillies,Curry leaves and fry well.
  • Add Finely chopped onion,Finely chopped green chilli,Grated ginger ans saute.
  • Add Turmeric powder,Boiled and mashed potatoe,Salt and mix well.
  • Add 2 tbsp water and close lid and cook for 2 mins.
  • Turn off flame and keep aside.
  • Check batter add water if required.
  • Add salt,Baking soda and mix gently.
  • Heat tawa and Grease tawa with oil.
  • On medium flame add 1 laddle full batter and spread.
  • Cook until it separates from pan.
  • Add prepared masala and fold.
  • Dosa is ready to serve..Enjoy.!!
