Pista – 50 gms
Cashew Nuts – 100 gms
Oats – 100 gms
Walnuts – 100 gms
Almonds – 100 gms
Makhane / Fox nuts or Puffed rice – 10 gms

  • Take a pan and heat it.
  • Dry roast all ingredients on low- medium flame until golden and keep aside and let it cool.
  • Dry roast Makhana / Fox nuts or Puffed rice and keep aside and let it cool.
  • Take a grinder jar add oats and Grind on pulse for 10 seconds.
  • Take a bowl and Sieve oats powder and keep aside.
  • Take a zip lock and Pista,cashew nuts and almond.
  • Spread them in the zip lock and crush with a roller pin.
  • Add crushed nuts into grinder jar and make a fine powder on pulse.
  • Sieve it into oats powder and keep aside.
  • Crush walnuts and make fine powder on pulse.
  • Sieve it into oats powder and nuts and keep aside. Add fox nuts into mixer jar and make fine powder.
  • Sieve it into the same bowl.
  • Mix all ingredients.
  • Stored in air tight container for 2 weeks in room temperature and 2 months in fridge.
  • Homemade protein powder is ready.
