बिना ज्यादा मेहनत के हलवाई वाली खस्ता Gujiya ऐसी बनायीं देखके कह उठेंगे पहले क्यों नहीं बताई Gujiya

INGREDIENTS
All purpose flour – 2 cups
Salt – 2 pinches
Ghee – 1/4 cup
Warm water as reqired
Semolina – 4 tbsp
Mawa – 200 gms
Desicatted coconut – 2 tbsp
Finely chopped cashew – 2 tbsp
Finely chopped almonds – 2 tbsp
Finely chopped pista – 1 tbsp
Raisins – 1 tbsp
Cardamom powder – 1/2 tsp
Sugar powder – 85 gms
Cooking oil for deep fry

  • To make Gujiya take a bowl.
  • Add all purpose flour,salt,Ghee and mix well.
  • Add water little by little and prepare a hard dough.
  • Cover dough with a wet cloth and let it set for 20 mins.
  • To prepare filling take a pan and heat it.
  • Add Semolina, and fry until golden and transfer into a bowl.
  • In the same pan add mawa and cook on low flame until turns golden.
  • Transfer mawa into a bowl and let it cool.
  • After mawa is cooled add roasted semolina into mawa.
  • Add Desicatted coconut,Finely chopped cashew,Finely chopped almonds,Finely chopped pista,Dry grapes,Caramom powder and mix well.
  • Add Sugar powder and mix well. Mkae sure the mawa is completely cool.
  • Check dough after 20 mins and knead well.
  • now pinch a small ball sized dough and roll it to a ball.
  • Roll to a slightly thick puris
  • Take any kind of gujiya moulds.
  • Place the prepared puri on the mould.
  • Grease sides with water.
  • Fill with 1 tbsp filling.
  • Close the mould and press on all sides and remove excess dough.
  • Keep the prepared gujia on cloth and cover it.
  • Place prepared poori on a platform and grease edges with water.
  • Fill with filling and close with the other end and press edges.
  • Cut edges with a cutter and keep on the cloth and cover.
  • Place prepared poori on a platform and grease edges with water.
  • Fill with filling and close with the other end and press edges.
  • Press edges with a fork to give a shape.
  • Place prepared poori on a platform and grease edges with water.
  • Fill with filling and close with the other end and press edges.
  • Take the tip that comes out press it and fold it.
  • Continue the process till you reach the end.
    Method 2.
  • Take dough and roll it slightly thin and uniform.
  • Cut it with a round cap.
  • Place prepared poori on a platform and grease edges with water.
  • Fill with filling and close with the other end and press edges.
  • Press edges with a fork or cutter to give a shape.
  • Now add cooking oil into kadai and let it heat on medium flame.
  • Flip and fry on medium flame until golden crisp.
  • Transfer onto a plate.
  • Gujiya is ready to serve. ENJOY!!!
