Materials
- 1 cup Rice flour
- 2 Finely Chopped Green Chili
- 1/2 tbsp. Cumin Seeds
- 1 tbsp. Grated Ginger
- Salt as per taste
- 1 cup Curd
- 1 cup Water
- Finely Chopped
- Coriander
- Oil for deep Fry
- 2 pinch Asafetida
Instructions
- To make rice vada, first of all, take 1 bowl and add 1 cup rice flour to it.
- Now add 2 chopped green chilies, 1 tbsp of cumin seeds 1 tbsp of ginger, salt as per taste, 1 cup of curd, 1 cup of water and now mix everything well and prepare a solution.
- Now add 2 pinches of asafoetida and mix it well.
- Now put a pan on the gas on low flame, and add all the solution in the pan.
- Now cook it on low flame and prepare a thick dough.
- Now when it gets thick, transfer it to a bowl and let it cool.
- After the mixture cools down, add chopped coriander, and mix well.
- Now prepare small tikkis of the mix and make a hole in the middle of it.
- Now take a pan and put it on the gas and add oil in it to deep fry and heat it.
- After the oil is hot, add vada slowly to it and deep fry them till they become golden.
- When they start looking golden, then take them out on a plate.
- Now your testy Rice vada is ready now and you can enjoy them.
