Mango Ice Cream

घर में रखी 10 रूपये की इस एक चीज़ से बिना क्रीम बाजार जैसी क्रीमी मैंगो आइस क्रीम Mango Ice Cream

Milk – 500 ml
Marie Biscuits – 10 pcs
Sugar – 5 tbsp
Chopped Ripe Mango – 1
Milk Malai – 1/2 cup
Pista for garnish

  • To make Mango Ice Cream.
  • Take a pan.
  • Add milk.
  • Boil for 5-6 mins on low flame.
  • Scrape sides and mix into Milk.
  • Take Marie Biscuits,Break into pieces and add into mixer jan and make fine powder.
  • Transfer into a bowl.
  • Add 3 tbsp Boiling Milk into Biscuit Powder.
  • Mix well & prepare paste,Add Boiling Milk if required.
  • After getting 2 boils in milk.
  • Add Sugar and mix well.
  • Add prepared Biscuit Paste in batches and mix well.
  • On low flame mix well and Cook until thick.
  • Turn off flame when it has a layer formed on spatula.
  • Turn off flame and let it cool completely.
  • After it is completely cool.
  • Add prepared mix into a blender.
  • Add Chopped Ripe Mango and Blend well.
  • Add Milk Malai(Alternatively use Cream/Milk Powder/Condensed Milk) and Blend twice on pulse mode.
  • Transfer mix into any Air tight container.
  • Tap twice to remove air bubbles.
  • Semi freeze it for 3 hours.
  • Check after 3 hours .
  • Add into a blender and blend for 2 mins.
  • Transfer mix into Air tight Container.
  • Tap twice and make a smooth layer on top.
  • Garnish with Pista/Mango Chunks.
  • Cover it by touching the surface with plastic/Foil/Butter papper.
  • Deep Freeze it for 7-8 hours or over night.
  • Check after 7-8 hours.
  • Leave it for sometime or Dip n water for sometime to de mold it.
  • Cut into pieces or scoop and serve.
  • Mango Ice Cream is ready to serve..Enjoy!!
