व्रत साबूदाना बड़ा

कुरकुरा साबूदाना वड़ा वो भी बिना तेल में तले 3 नयी आसान ट्रिक से Sabudana Vada – Saboodana Vada

Sabudana/Tapioca – 1 cup
Boiled and grated potato – 4
Finely chopped green chilli – 3
Grated ginger – 1 tsp
Cumin seeds – 1 tsp
Pepper powder – 1 tsp
Rock salt – 1 tsp
Roasted peanut powder – 1/2 cup
Finely chopped coriander
Ghee or oil for cooking

To make Saboodana vada take sabudana soak for 2-3 hours and drain off water completely.
Take a bowl add Boiled and grated potato,Finely chopped green chilli,Grated ginger,Cumin seeds,Pepper powder,Rock salt,Roasted peanut powder,Finely chopped coriander.
Grease hands and mix well to prepare dough.

  • 1st method:
  • Grease hands and take lemon sized dough.
  • Make a ball and flatten to prepare vada.
  • Take a pan,add 1 spoon oil/ghee and heat.
  • Place prepared vada,close lid and cook on low flame.
  • Flip and fry on both sides.
  • 2nd method :
  • Grease hands and take lemon sized dough.
  • Make a ball to prepare vada.
  • Appe pan/paniyaram pan.
  • Add ghee and let it heat.
  • Place prepared balls,add ghee.
  • Close lid and cook on low flame.
  • Flip and fry on both sides.
  • 3rd method :
  • Grease hands and take big sized dough.
  • Make a ball and flatten to prepare vada.
  • Take Tadka pan.
  • Add ghee and let it heat.
  • Place prepared big sized vada,close lid and cook on low flame.
  • Flip and fry on both sides.
  • Saboodana vada is ready to serve..Enjoy!!!
