जब तरसो ठेले वाली चाट तो घर की बनी कुरकुरी पापड़ी से झट से बनाओ ये चटकारे वाली पापड़ी चाट Papdi Chaat

All Purpose Flour – 1 cup
Semolina/Sooji – 1/2 cup
Salt as per taste
Ghee – 2 tbsp
Oil for deep fry

For Papdi Chaat

Chopped & Boiled Potato
Chopped Chillies
Finely Chopped Onion
Hara Dhaniya Chutney
Imli Khatti Meeti Chutney
Chaat Masala
Red chilli Powder
Black Salt
Roasted Cumin Powder
Nylon Sev
Hara Dhaniya/Coriander

  • To make Papdi Chaat.
  • Take mixing bowl.
  • Add All Purpose Flour,Semolina/Sooji,Salt,Ghee and mix well.
  • Add water and prepare semi hard dough.
  • Apply ghee on all sides.
  • Close lid and let it set for 10 min.
  • Check after 10 mins and knead well.
  • Divide into 3 parts.
  • Take 1 part of dough and roll like roti.
  • Prick with help of fork.
  • Cut circles with a cap/cutter.
  • Remove excess dough.
  • Transfer prepared papdi on plate.
  • Take a kadahi add Oil and heat.
  • Add papdi into medium hot oil and fry.
  • Flip and fry in all sides until golden crisp.
  • After golden take out and transfer onto a plate.
  • Store in air tight container when it is completely cool.
  • Lets make papdi Chaat.
  • Take a plate.
  • Place prepared papdi.
  • Add Chopped & Boiled Potato,Chopped Chillies,Finely Chopped Onion,Curd,Hara Dhaniya Chutney,Imli Khatti Meeti Chutney.
  • Sprinkle Chaat Masala,Red chilli Powder,Black Salt,Roasted Cumin Powder.
  • Add Nylon Sev,Pomegranate,Hara Dhaniya/Coriander.
  • Dahi Papdi Chaat is ready to serve..Enjoy!!
